A well-rounded Hatha Vinyasa practice that includes core conditioning, flexibility, balance and movement. Modifications and options throughout the class will be given to cater to each individual's ability.


Hatha Flow 1-2: Hatha Flow class that focuses on Hatha basics, core conditioning, building strength & flexibility.  


Beginners & all levels welcome.


An energising and fun Power Vinyasa class that includes core conditioning, flexibility, balance and movement. Variations and options are given throughout the practice.


Some experience is recommended.


Yin Yoga works on the connective tissues, tendons, fascia, and ligaments of the body. Integrating an introspective & meditative approach, poses will be held for an extended period of time, usually from 3 to 5 minutes.


Suitable for all levels.

+ Each in-person class is limited to 9 – 15 mats max depending on the room. Pre-booking is essential. 

+ For all classes, please bring your own mat. You're welcome to bring your own blankets & cushions for Yin Yoga. Do contact me ahead if you'd need a mat. 

+ If you're financially challenged and would like to join the classes, contributions of any kind/amount are very much appreciated too.

• Download the free Zoom app. Log in ahead of time and get settled.

• Do position your camera from the side or diagonally from the front so that the teacher would be able to follow your practice better.
